Happy New Year! Back on Tour!

As I sit listening to the Notre Dame Gospel Choir with Jill Hagen and my host mom in Camarillo, California, I want to say Happy New Year! I’ve been away for a bit, but am back doing music ministry for the first time this year. After getting done with touring last year (I had the God-given privilege of touring the USA for more than 100 days and going to other countries.. it was amazing to see God do such crazy things with this music He’s given me), I entered a period of self-reflection and didn’t know exactly where God wanted me to be. I never want to just assume that what I’m doing and where I stand is where God has destined me to be: so I asked- “God how can I serve YOU this new year? What can I do to please you?” This is what a Christian life is about- honoring God in every way… letting Him guide us. With guidance, I decided to jump on a music tour with Jill Hagen (from Canada… www.jillhagen.com). We’re here right now on the first stop of our tour in Camarillo, California. GOD HAS DONE MORE THAN INSPIRED ME HERE! So much that I want to share.

We can do anything through him who gives us life aka Jesus. Yesterday, we led worship and I was our guitar player. Go figure. Me? Such a weakling playing the guitar? Yes. God said do it ( and I’ve only been playing for 4 months). I felt like I wasn’t good enough, but God worked through us during worship in a way I have never seen before.  He can use anybody and anything to accomplish His plan. Do not doubt Him. The people here have inspired me to be so much bolder for God’s cause... such young people that are so determined to glorify God with their lives.. Man—SO EXCITING. With the world going crazy and famous people denouncing Christ… I want you to know that now is the time to rise up for Christ. Let Him be the center of all you have and are. Let him do it right where you are! Take advantage of where God has placed you. If you have dreams.. let no man tell you they’re not important.. go after them… let God bring them to pass and NEVER STOP BELIEVING. If you’re in your calling, God will provide for every step you need to take. It’s true. God’s always provided for allllllllll my needs. Even on this tour, God has brought people in to pay for all of our debts… on the first DAY of tour. Need some scripture to declare over that so you know it’s true??: Philippians 4:19, Hebrews 13:5-6, 2 Corinthians 9:10-11.. Contact me if you need more. I’ll hook you up. I love you guys! Let’s be the generation that is on fire for God.. the one’s that value His word over EVERYTHING IN LIFE… the one’s that BELIEVE in what He’s said.. BELIEVE.
